At Balsan & Co. Coffee & Tea, we take pride in offering premium origin coffee that is thoughtfully roasted and carefully sourced.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all coffee sales are considered final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with quality, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@balsancoffee.com. We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.

We reserve the right to review each request and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
