Due to the perishable nature of our products, orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.
If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us immediately at hello@balsancoffee.com. While we cannot guarantee changes, we will do our best to accommodate requests before processing.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue, please reach out within 5 days of delivery and we will be happy to assist.
